Helping Out Sandy Victims
Benjamin Moore volunteers spent November 15 giving away five-gallon buckets filled with emergency supplies in Brooklyn. Volunteers, part of the “Giving Moore” team, worked with local retailer Jack Loconsolo & Co. Paint & Decorating Center. Also helping in the initiative was George Oliphant, the building contractor who stars on NBC-TV’s “George To The Rescue.” The team hits the streets again today to go door to door with another truckload of buckets in one of New Jersey’s hardest hit communities – Union Beach. All told, more than 5,000 of the clean-up packets were contributed.
