By submitting an entry, you agree to the terms as set in these rules. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age. Winners will be selected by the staff of American Painting Contractor (APC), whose decisions are final. Winners will be notified prior to publication by email or phone. No prize substitutions allowed. Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winners. Contestant warrants that, to the best of his/her knowledge, the photo contains no material that violates any copyright rights of any person or organization. Entries and photographs become the property of APC and are not returnable. The entrant acknowledges by submitting an entry that all rights to reproduce these photos, in print, electronic or other form, whether now known or hereafter created, are granted to American Painting Contractor. Employees of Columbia Books & Information Services; their agents, affiliates and subsidiaries; and their immediate families are ineligible. This contest is subject to U.S. law. All U.S. federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited.
