Benjamin Moore’s Fresh Start line of primers is designed to offer job-specific solutions that guarantee a pristine finish. Fresh Start Undercoater and Primer/Sealer is a new premium alkyd primer for interior surfaces that offers superior sealing and stain blocking. This newest addition to the Fresh Start line of primers flows and levels to a smooth finish and can be used over oil or latex paint. It offers excellent adhesion for any Benjamin Moore topcoat and can be sanded and recoated in just two hours. With outstanding enamel holdout and stain suppression, Fresh Start Undercoater and Primer/Sealer is a great option for covering water stains, tannin bleeding, fingerprints and other common household stains.
