Wallcovering Primer
Zinsser's SHIELDZ Universal Wallcovering Primer features Mold and Mildew Shield to protect against the growth of mold & mildew under the wallpaper, making it useful in high-humidity areas like bathrooms and kitchens. The enhanced formula primes and seals in just one coat and is useful with any of the new paste-the-wall non-woven dry-strippable wallcoverings and adhesives. The low-odor, water-base formula reduces seam separation and provides extra slip to make positioning wallpaper easier. The primer also prevents drywall tearing during wallpaper stripping by creating a boundary between the facing paper and the wallpaper.
