Rodda Paint Acquires Valley Paint

Rodda Paint, the largest family-owned paint manufacturer in the Northwest, has acquired Valley Paint Manufacturing of Utah. Founded in 1982 to fill a niche for light industrial coatings, Valley Paint has an outstanding reputation for quality products and will continue to operate independently in Salt Lake City with the support of Rodda.
